At Missy’s Woodland Pet Spaw, we believe every pet deserves our undivided attention.
To provide a calm, high-quality experience, we work on a dedicated one-on-one schedule. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, it leaves a gap in our day that we can’t easily fill.
To help us continue providing the best care possible, we have the following policies in place:
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee ranging from $40 to $100 (depending on the groom size and time slot reserved).
No-Show Policy
A “No-Show” occurs when an appointment is missed without any notification.
• Confirmed Appointments: If you confirmed your spot but did not arrive, a fee of 100% of the scheduled groom will apply.
• Unconfirmed Appointments: If the appointment was not confirmed and results in a no-show, a fee of 50% of the scheduled groom will apply.
The “Grace” Period
We love our regulars! We understand that emergencies and “life” happen. For our consistent, long-term clients, we are happy to offer a one-time “grace pass” for a first-time missed appointment at our discretion.
